Eugene C'est La Vie Inn - Policies

• After your bed and breakfast reservation has been confirmed, you will be guaranteed a room at the quoted rate.
• Holidays and special events including University of Oregon football games require a two night minimum stay at our bed and breakfast.
• Check-in time at the bed and breakfast is 4:00 p.m. Should you arrive early, please feel free to enjoy our grounds and gardens until your room is ready. If you will be arriving after 8 p.m., please make prior arrangements to ensure access to your room.
• Check-out time at the bed and breakfast is 11:00 a.m. Once again, please feel free to enjoy the grounds after checking out. If you need a later check-out time, please make prior arrangements or a late check-out fee of 25% will be charged.
• Payment is due upon arrival to the bed and breakfast.
• We love animals, but we ask that you try not to bring them with you during your stay. We would be happy to help you make reservations at a nearby kennel. Always call innkeeper if bringing a pet.
• For the health and courtesy of all our bed and breakfast guests, ours is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted outside and on the second floor balcony.
• Breakfast is normally served between 8:30 and 9:30 am. Please make arrangements in advance if you need an earlier breakfast.
• At C'est La Vie Inn bed and breakfast we attempt to please, and try to meet our guests' dietary requirements, however, this is not always possible. If your allergies are so restrictive, please let us knowwhat you can eat, rather than what you can't eat, or consider bringing your own food. Otherwise, cereals, fresh fruit, and soy milk are always available.

Cancellation Policy

• Bed and breakfast reservations are secured by your first night's room deposit including tax, or a 50% deposit on multiple night stays.
• Cancellations three days or more prior to arrival will have the deposit refunded. We cannot refund room nights for early departures.
• All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.
• A 7 day cancellation policy applies during holidays and special events, including football games. A 14 day policy applies when the reservation is for 4 or more nights or for multiple rooms.
